The Business Office is looking to hire an Admissions Clerk. Job duties include, but are not limited to, scheduling patients, checking in clinic patients, answering phones and transferring to the appropriate department, directing visitors to the appropriate departments. Applicant must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
The Business Office is looking to hire a full-time Self-pay and Collections Clerk to join the Revenue Cycle Team. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am – 5 pm. Duties include but are not limited to assisting patients with payment arrangements, processing daily deposits, review self-pay accounts, prepare and send pre collection notices, assist in transitioning delinquent accounts to collections, answering patient questions regarding billing questions and financial assistance applications. Must be have a high-school diploma or GED equivalent to be considered for this position. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency typing is required.
