Fallon Medical Complex, a nonprofit Critical Access Hospital, is seeking an experienced and mission-driven CEO to lead our hospital, medical clinic, and long-term swing bed services. The CEO reports to the Board of Trustees and oversees daily operations, regulatory compliance, financial stewardship, and strategic planning.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business, Hospital Administration, Health or public health preferred
- 3-5 years of healthcare leadership experience
- OR 5-10 years of administrative experience in a non-healthcare setting
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to engage effectively with providers, community partners, and local, state and federal entities

The CEO will guide FMC’s mission, foster positive community relationships, support providers, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards while leading the organization’s long-term growth.
